We are running a food festival in Maharaja.The theme is steam cooking.The main benefit of steam cooking is that it is more healthier as no oil or ghee is used.We are happy to introduce some of the steam cooked specialties from the Land of spices.
IDIAPPAM
steam cooked rice noodles or string hoppers is a culinary specialty in Kerala,Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka.Some places this is known as Noolappam or Noolputtu.
